Izbel began her career in accountancy, graduating in Business Administration and later ACCA qualification before moving into insolvency in 2013. She joined Valentine & Co in 2015, qualified the joint board exams in 2019 and obtained her insolvency practicing licence in 2023.
Today, Izbel acts as officeholder across a range of corporate insolvency appointments, with particular expertise in solvent liquidations. She has extensive experience managing MVLs for companies ranging from SMEs and owner-managed businesses to multimillion-pound turnover companies, including complex s110 reconstructions. She has played a key role in developing Valentine & Co’s customer-focused MVL service and is regarded as a genuine expert in her field.
