After a brief stint training as an accountant, Elia’s journey into insolvency began in 2010 when he joined a boutique London firm specialising in personal insolvency, working as a cashier and administrator. In 2012, he joined Valentine & Co as a junior administrator and, after a few detours along the way, found his way back home in 2023 as a manager.
Over the years, Elia has developed extensive expertise across corporate and personal insolvencies. He works closely with directors, creditors and individuals facing financial difficulty, with particular experience in the leisure and construction industries. Known for his approachable manner and practical mindset, Elia is committed to helping clients navigate challenging situations with clarity, care and professionalism.
Outside of work, you’ll usually find Elia racing karts somewhat questionably around a track, supporting Arsenal or relaxing at the local shisha café.
